We were very impressed with the level of compassion, professionalism and respect shown by yourselves and the staff. Hilda especially benefited from the kindness shown by all of the caregivers. Our goal was to get her some badly needed respite, but your caregivers provided so much more in the form of emotional support. We know you went out of your way to provide coverage during the various winter storms and this in itself is quite a testimony to the dedication of your staff!

Thank you so much for providing the respite care I needed for my Mom. I didn't know how I was going to cover the two extra days when Mom's part time caregiver had to leave for a family emergency. Having Maryann step in to cover that time was such a blessing for both me and my Mom. Maryann was a wonderful caregiver and knew just how to take care of mom, whose major disability is blindness. Knowing Mom was safe & secure and also enjoying Maryann's companionship, reduced my stress level and allowed me to have more quality time with Mom and free time to get my work done.
